2012 Banquet
On January 14th, 2012, despite the first real taste of winter, the EMCC held its 25th Anniversary and Annual Awards Banquet. The event was held at the Italian Cultural Center in the Juventus Room and was attended by 48 current and past members.

New location for EMCC Monthly Meetings
The EMCC general meetings will now be held at Percy Page Center, 11759 Groat Road in the Olympic Room #8, 3rd floor, south east corner. Please enter the building via the south entrance and sign-in with security when you arrive and sign-out when leaving. The first meeting will be October 6th at 7:30pm and each following 1st Wednesday of the month same time, same place.
ABA Insurance
Recently there have been a number of questions and concerns related to ABA insurance coverage. Please see the ABA Membership Benefits for definition of the coverage and also its limitations. For additional information please contact the ABA directly.
Memberships due BEFORE Racing (and Club Runs and Training Camps)
To avoid confusion at both at the start of race events and in the calculation of the results it is important that you get your membership in well in advance of the day of the event. The race directors are provided with the membership list and volunteer list; if your name isn’t on those lists you probably won’t be allowed to race even if you bring your membership to the event. If you haven’t already done so, please ensure that you get your membership in and your name on the volunteer list as soon as possible to avoid confusion and frustration at future events
